Mold
Thanks to its own mold manufacturing department, Retail Signing Solutions has the opportunity to produce tools within its own company walls.
All this is done with the help of various CAD-CAM controlled CNC precision machines that guarantee extremely accurate shapes and calibers.
In addition, each tool is extensively tested during a test extrusion by one of our R&D specialists after manufacture. Are corrections necessary? These are then carried out immediately and included around the construction of the mould.
